The micro–Insert 4 Well is a biocompatible, silicone insert ideal for long term microscopy and stem cell cultivation. The micro–Insert has a special sticky bottom that prevents leaking on clean, flat, and dry surfaces, such as microscopy slides and dishes. Adherent or non–adherent cells placed into the small wells sink to the bottom and can be analyzed microscopically. The wells provide rectangular digital format (4:3) for covering the entire area by CCD cameras on microscopes. Tapered walls provide excellent optical access to cells located near the edges of the well. After cell attachment, the micro-Insert can be removed by using sterile tweezers without leaving a residue. The micro-Insert 4 Well comes ready-to-use in our µ-Dish 35 mm, High, ibiTreat dishes. Sterile, 30 pcs./box.
